Mod Toyota Land Cruiser 105 GX for Spintires: MudRunner

Based on the Toyota Land Cruiser 105 from Forester:
– replaced headlight textures,
– the inscriptions are removed and 2 are applied on the sides,
– suspension configured
– wheels are replaced with wider ones,
– added the elevated version on other large wheels,
– other minor changes.
