The front end of the car features an angular design with low and wide air intakes that allow for increased airflow to the engine and brakes. It has a special front splitter to increase aerodynamic efficiency, as well as large air intakes around the wheel arches.

The rear of the Ferrari 488 Pista Spider includes a massive spoiler reminiscent of GT3 cars, improving aerodynamics and providing more grip at high speeds. In addition, it is equipped with vents to remove hot air from the engine.
