Porsche 911 Singer DLS Edition 1.1<\/h5>\n
PORSCHE SINGER 911 DLS US based Singer Vehicle Designs have partnered with Williams Advanced Engineering to develop the DLS (Dynamics and Lightweight Study), their take on the ultimate air cooled Porsche 911.<\/p>\n
Engine capacity has been increased to 4 litres, with an accompanying screaming 9000 rpm limit. Around 500hp is now transmitted through the real wheels.
\nLightweight carbon fibre and titanium materials have been used in the DLS construction for an all in weight of just 990kg. Super flared arches and a ducktail spoiler mark the DLS as a serious trackday performer.
\nSinger will limit production to 75 cars. Just as well, as the DLS will set you back almost $1.5m, plus the cost of a donor 964.<\/p>\n
