-Start generate.exe
\n-Select the dlcpacks folder
\n-Go to the location where the \u201cdlclist.xml\u201d file of GTA is using OpenIV(Location: {GTA Folder}\\update\\update.rpf\\common\\data\\dlclist.xml) and click on \u201cEdit Mode\u201d.
\n-Right click on the \u201cdlclist.xml\u201d file -> Replace -> Choose the generated \u201cdlclist.xml\u201d file.<\/p>\n

1.0.0.3:<\/p>\n

-Select the Folder where your GTAVLauncher.exe file is located.
\n-Click on \u201cGenerate DLC List\u201d.
\n-Go to the location where the \u201cdlclist.xml\u201d file of GTA is using OpenIV(Location: {GTA Folder}\\update\\update.rpf\\common\\data\\dlclist.xml) and click on \u201cEdit Mode\u201d.
