This is an extreme overhaul of my old LNWR 2-2-2-2 \u2018Greater Britain\u2019 mod. If you have the old mod, this one will update it to this spec. If you want to remove the old one, that will not affect this mod.<\/p>\n
These huge engines were developed by the LNWR\u2019s chief lad Webb in the 1890s, and were moderately okay. Their key selling point is that the driving wheels are not coupled together, meaning that the engine is more similar to 2 single wheelers than an Atlantic missing a wheel.<\/p>\n
A big inside cylinder powered the front drivers, and the smaller outside cylinders powered the rearmost drivers.<\/p>\n
The engines were withdrawn by 1907, but I have extended their availability into the grouping, and also an LMS version for the memes.<\/p>\n
