Simple mod that allows you to change both the player and ai
\nWeapon Modifier
\nMelee Modifer
\nPlayer Health Regen<\/p>\n

independently, and easily toggle it on and off with a simple hotkey.
\nMakes the guns feel more powerful and makes shootouts more fun and challenging. If you have a hard mission or want to go back to default, just hit the hotkey and its back to vanilla.<\/p>\n

Mod is open source as well.

Default Key: F10
\nWill display the status and the current values on toggle.
\nChange values in the ini then toggle it on and off to update the values.<\/p>\n
