KrAZ-260 is a three-axle off-road truck designed for transportation of goods, personnel and towing trailers on off-road and highways of all categories.<\/p>\n

The development of the KrAZ-260 off-road truck began at the design bureau of the Kremenchug Automobile Plant in the 1960s under the leadership of the chief designer V.V. Tabolin.<\/p>\n

Serial production began in 1981 and was carried out in parallel with the KrAZ-255B1. KrAZ-260 was intended to replace the KrAZ-255B vehicle. The production of the KrAZ-260 lasted until 1993, a total of 15,279 units were produced.<\/p>\n

There are two types of trucks in fashion: with a permanent differential lock (green) and a switchable one (light brown).<\/p>\n
