Installation on Windows 10:
\nHaving problems installing SpinTiresMod.exe on Windows 10 is mainly due to the lack of DirectX 9 libraries.<\/p>\n
Here is the solution: To install the old API set, you need to enable the DirectPlay component \u2013 it is located in the control panel. We need to open it. We go into the search and write: \u201cControl Panel.\u201d In the panel we find and run the program removal utility:
\nIn the window that opens, click on \u201cTurning Windows Features on and off\u201d (located in the left menu):
\nIn the window that opens, look for the line \u201cComponents of previous versions\u201d, set the \u201cbird\u201d opposite it, open the branch and also put the \u201cbird\u201d opposite DirectPlay. Click \u201cOK\u201d and install DirectX 9.<\/p>\n
