Use:
1: Open the template with Paint.NET or Adobe PhotoShop
2: Mod as desired on a separate layer
3: Delete the base layer
4: Save your texture as “jester2_liveries2.dds”
5: Add the texture to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\jester2.ytd” using OpenIV
