Added frame addons
Modified damage and fuel usage and fuel capacity

Modded suspension

There will be some noticable clipping issues but does not affect its movement or anything!!!!

Version 1.0:
Fixed having to explore now you can just buy it

Version 2.0:
Fixed the MinicraneUS/RU to work with Sideboard and Flatbed

Version 3.0:
tweaked more with the addons and yet again fixed the explore to unlock option
