Increased vehicles count on the roads; you should see less traffic at night then during the day.
You should also see a difference in traffic density at different times throughout the day.
Making the game world feel more like real-life.

Ai behavior has been adjusted to make traffic flow better; you should see less abrupt breaking or slowdowns on the highways.
All dependent on game limitations for traffic behavior.
