– copy the folder “aeroxark” to directory x:/Grand Theft Auto V/Mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
– add line:
dlcpacks:/aeroxark/
to dlclist.xml inside x:/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data

Spawn name: aeroxark
rims are in extra, spawn it using trainer.
